something misbelief

does everyone already well planned for the coming 5years? I've no planned and i've no direction. I could understand what myself is doing. Everyday seems meaningless. I've no direction to go. Facing the exams abt the subject,i'm start to doubt myself am i doing the right thing? Or once i choose for it,i must really continue the life now. I'm really confusing.
